Beaches Logistics Group acquired the business and assets of Keyne Express Deliveries Ltd and KED Logistics Ltd following the appointment of administrators from Deloitte to both companies on 20th November 2017.
Under the agreement, all employees transferred to Beaches which will continue to operate from the Milton Keynes site previously occupied by Keyne Express.

A Palletways spokesman said: “Together with Beaches we are committed to ensuring that customers receive the same first-class level of service that they have come to expect from the Palletways Network.”
A spokesman from Beaches said: “This is the start of the next chapter in our growth strategy, it’s clear to us that Milton Keynes and the surrounding area has great potential.
He added: “It’s very apparent that we have a loyal workforce here and are looking forward to working closely with them in order to strengthen the team further to grow the business, whilst continuing to offer a high-quality service to customers.”
